Cartoons for Peace

Opening event review

On Wednesday 18th October, The Peace Museum held a special evening event to celebrate the opening of the new temporary exhibition Cartoons for Peace. The evening offered visitors the chance for an exclusive first view of the new exhibit, speak to staff and enjoy some tea, coffee, cake and peace dove biscuits.

The free drop in event was very well attended and we are grateful to everybody who came along. It was brilliant to welcome members of Donald Rooums family, whose work is a highlight of the exhibition.

The exhibition will run now until the end of the year.
